A SHOT IN THE FOOT depects hectic nocturnal routines of a young woman who works as an assassin. She is a quick and innovative killer, efficient at her job. But she grows careless as she parties hard and gives in to the thrill of money, exposing herself to the dangers of LA’s underground. She gets sloppy, but the jobs keep coming, and there is no one except herself to clean up the mess she leaves behind.

Cinema by Yves Saint Laurent is more than just a
fragrance. It’s an idea that brings forth a dream that any
woman who wears it, instantly becomes a star.

With each click of the camera, she envisions herself on a red carpet. The surreal nature
of the moment blurs the line between reality and fantasy, as if her dreams
and desires have merged into a single intoxicating experience.

She lies in the red plush seats. A giant screen flickers to life projecting onto her. The
audience, applauds and cheers, their thunderous loud and overwhelming
noise drowns. She stands in between the curtains with her body peeking
out.

But amidst the glamour, the theater scenes take on a dreamlike quality.
The images on the screen start to blend with snippets from her own mind,
blurring the boundaries of reality. She sees fragments of her
hopes, fears, and aspirations intermingling with the Hollywood dream with
projections.

Her hallucinatory journey through the Hollywood dreamscape is a
kaleidoscope of emotions. The aspirations and illusions of stardom collide
with the complexities of her own self identity as she puts on a blonde wig
and takes it off.
